OVERVIEW This website is operated by LBJ Watches Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LBJ Watches. LBJ Watches offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
SECTION 1 - LUXURY ASSET SPECIAL PROVISIONS (THE LBJ STANDARD)
1.1 Authenticity & Provenance: LBJ Watches are luxury watch resellers. All of our watches are pre-owned and guaranteed 100% authentic. Every timepiece undergoes a multi-point inspection and is screened against The Watch Register database to ensure clear legal title.
1.2 VAT Margin Scheme: Unless otherwise stated, items are sold under the HMRC VAT Margin Scheme. VAT is not reclaimable by the purchaser on these items. Invoices will not show VAT as a separate line item, as per HMRC Notice 718/1.
1.3 Identity Verification (KYC/AML): We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. All transactions are subject to our tiered security protocol. Depending on transaction value and risk profile, we require document uploads and/or biometric "liveness" checks via our partner, Sumsub. Failure to complete these checks or a "Red Flag" result will lead to immediate transaction cancellation.
1.4 Price Volatility: Due to the volatile nature of the secondary luxury watch market, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a significant pricing error has occurred or if the market value of the timepiece has shifted substantially prior to order confirmation.
1.5 Condition: All timepieces are sold as pre-owned. While we provide high-resolution photography, minor signs of wear consistent with age are to be expected. "Factory condition" or "unworn" refers to the watch's aesthetic state and does not imply it is a new product from the original manufacturer. Pre-owned watches may have been previously polished or serviced and grading reflects condition at the time of sale based on visual inspection.
1.6 Condition Grading & Disputes: All condition grades are assessed by our in-house specialists at the time of sale using our published grading definitions, available on our website and product page. In the event of a dispute regarding condition, assessments will be made by reference to these definitions and our inspection records at the time of sale. Third-party inspection reports obtained after purchase will be considered but do not supersede our grading assessment. Any condition-related dispute must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Where a valid dispute is upheld, our liability is limited to a partial or full refund at our discretion, subject to the watch being returned in the same condition as sold.
SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Sumsub or The Watch Register) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property, or to submit false or misleading information.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
