Shipping

Yes, all of our shipments are fully insured under our business insurance policy. We accept full responsibility for all shipments. Tracking information and proof of purchase will be supplied upon despatch.

We dispatch all watches 24 hours after your payment has cleared into our account. Watches are shipped from Monday to Thursday and guarantee the following day before 1pm.

Yes, collection is welcome. We're happy to size your watch, answer your questions and explain how your watch works.

Yes, we offer a VIP delivery service in special circumstances.

We require proof of identity and proof of address prior to shipping your watch. If you would like the watch to be shipped to your work address, we need email confirmation and you are responsible for the parcel once it is signed for.

Returns

We will issue a full and immediate refund once the item has been returned to us.

We offer a 7 day money back guarentee. The return cost is your responsibility and the item must be returned in the same condition it was when it left our office. If you paid with a card you will be liable for a 2% charge transaction fee, there isn charge for cash and bank transfer payments

All watches are sold with a minimum 12 months warranty. We will resolve any problems that develop within your warranty period for free.

Authentic Guarantee

All of our watches are thoroughly inspected for time keeping, authenticity, pressure tested, and have their history checked. We guarantee all of our watches to be 100% authentic or your money back.

Payment

We accept small amounts of cash, bank transfer payments, and some card payments.

Unfortunately we are limited to the amount of cash we can accept so we strongly recommend payment via card or bank transfer.

Only the individual purchasing the watch is eligable to make the payment. Valid ID must be supplied and match the name on the bank account.

Appointments & Security

All appointments and viewings should be made in advance and we limit the amount of people in our premesis at once.
Our stock is not kept on site so we need to know which items you would like to view before you arrive.
Payment may only be made by the purchaser that we invoice, valid ID must be presented at the point of sale and the ID must match the bank card and address provided. No acceptions.
