Released by Rolex in 1945, the Datejust was the first self-winding watch to include a date on the dial and is possibly one of the most well-known wrist watches of all time. Since 1954 Rolex has refined the aesthetic of the Datejust offering a variety of dials, materials, bracelets and bezel designs.

This timepiece is an exceptional example of one of Rolex's most well-known models, the Datejust 41. The watch includes an 18ct Yellow gold and Steel jubilee bracelet, black diamond dot dial and an 18ct yellow gold fluted bezel, one of Rolex's more desirable configurations.
